Not sure why this place isn't rated higher. We had a BLT and a Nova Lox Bagel. They were both great and the service was fast and friendly ppl. They have a bigger menu than I expected. Don't live in Palm Coast but would be a go to if I did.

Have never eaten in. I order bagels and cream cheese over phone. The bagels and cream cheeses are exceptional. Nothing else around here compares. BTW, I grew up on Jersey bagels. I can't comment on eating in, sandwiches etc.

"The bagel-eating people are probably just not bagel people." This is what I thought to myself after reading reviews. Very mixed. I went in with an open mind and pretending not to be a bagel person. Before I get to the bagels, I was second in line. The first guy in line (older golfer-looking dude named Art) said, "Two onion and two everything." No please, thank you, nothing. Then he couldn't figure out how to use pos system (credit card machine/pos=point of sale). First he tapped button too fast. Then he held it down too long. Poor guy. I was entertained. Then I got them bagels and brought them to my car as if holding a secret. I ate them bagels and they were ... a 3.8 each (of 5). There's a hint of taste, and you hope there to be more taste to come out of nowhere with the next bite, but it just never happens. I can't recommend or advise against. This place falls into No Man's Land. It's ok.

Kendall's Bagels & More is a small bagel shop located in the same shopping plaza as the Winn-Dixie. As the name would imply, this establishment has a focus on their bagels and cream cheese (which they adopt the New York term of "schmears"), but they also feature sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfasts and more. I grabbed a "baker's dozen" of bagels andopted to go with two of their flavored cream cheeses, one was jalapeño and cheddar and the other was bacon and I believe chives (honestly, I saw bacon and the rest blurred). When I got to my business appointment, the bagels were well received. I myself had an everything bagels with half of the bagel being "schmeared" with the jalapeño and cheddar cream cheese and the other half with the bacon and whatever else was on that cream cheese. Both were very good. The bagel itself was also very good. The only negatives that I had noticed was that they didn't offer to slice nor toast the bagels, plus I had to ask for plastic knives to go. Service was also a bit slow, but perhaps it was because they were shorthanded. All in all, I will give this place four stars.
